Ultimately, the mystery of language brings us back to the inscrutable mystery of God himself. As I came to appreciate the power of the word in my literary and linguistic studies, I inevitably drew closer to the mystery of the Word—that Word which we speak every day in the Angelus: “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.”
St. John Paul II, Gift and Mystery
What is WAYH?
With All Your Heart (WAYH) is a writing workshop method that celebrates and cultivates the Catholic Imagination.
Using a curated program, we engage Scripture, literature, and our own creativity to generate new writing, enrich our faith, and foster friendship in Christ.
The WAYH method is used in several settings: as a live monthly series in Rome, embedded into weeklong pilgrimage/retreats in spectacular locations like Sicily and Assisi, and by request for private groups.
WAYH is for everyone open to the God-given uniqueness of their own voice and its creative potential. It is ideal for groups of friends, school groups, and parish retreats.
